Keisha-Ann Burgher, B.Sc. Management Studies & Economics (UWI), M.Sc. Insurance and Risk Management (City University, London), Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, ACII.
Team Leader and CEO
Keisha brings with her some eleven years of Industry experience. She has held underwriting and process management responsibilities in the country’s largest Insurance and utility companies.
In addition to her strong General Insurance Experience she is specialist in Employee Benefits and Pension Planning.
Her strong technical and administrative skills make her exceptionally qualified for this position. She is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute, London.

Levar Smith, B.Sc. First Class Honours, Management Studies – Accounting, (UWI), Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute ACII, Chartered Insurance Practitioner - Operations Manager
Levar has executive responsibilities for the underwriting and claims divisions of the company. In addition to his strong financial and technical expertise, his experience includes managing some of the largest accounts in Jamaica.
He is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute, London and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

Natasha Ennis, B.Sc. Mathematics (UWI), Dip. CII, - Director of Training & Development.
Natasha has responsibilities for the training and development of our Technical staff. Her extensive experience includes all the major sectors of the economy: Industrial, Agriculture, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Mining, Transportation and Distribution among others.
Her strong analytical background coupled with her experience makes her an expert in handling large and complex risks.
She is a member of The Chartered Insurance Institute, London.
